Broadcast & Exploitation Rights

By accepting a nomination, each nominee grants Creole Heartbeat and the Dominica Music Awards Committee the following rights:

  1. Promotional Use: To use the nominee's name, image, likeness, and biography in all promotional, marketing, and advertising materials associated with the Awards, both before and after the event.
  2. Media Broadcasting: To film, record, photograph, and broadcast the Awards Ceremony and all related performances on television, radio, digital, and streaming platforms, locally and internationally.
  3. Content Utilization: To use any submitted music, visuals, or performance footage in highlight reels, promotional videos, event recaps, or documentary content related to the Dominica Music Awards.
  4. Ownership of Materials: All photographs, recordings, and audiovisual materials produced during the Awards remain the exclusive property of the Dominica Music Awards Committee and Creole Heartbeat.

Each nominee must complete and sign the Dominica Music Awards Contributor's Release Form, formally granting full promotional, broadcast, and distribution rights to the organizers.
