General

1. All nominees hereby relinquish any claims against the Dominica Music Awards (DMA) and Creole Heartbeat that may arise from or relate to their involvement in the Awards.
2. The Dominica Music Awards Committee shall not be held responsible for any loss, claim, or liability incurred by nominees, participants, or affiliates. Nominees fully indemnify the Committee, its successors, sponsors, representatives, and partners against any claims, losses, or damages related to participation in the Awards.
3. By accepting a nomination, nominees agree to comply fully with all rules and decisions set forth by the DMA Committee.
4. All decisions regarding nominations, eligibility, and award recipients are final and binding.
5. Once submitted, nominations cannot be withdrawn by any artist or management team.
