Nomination Guidelines

1. The Dominica Music Awards Committee determines nominees based on radio airplay, streaming data, public popularity, and recommendations from registered industry professionals and radio personalities.
2. Participating radio stations and media platforms may submit nominations in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Nominations may be determined using charts, audience feedback, and official playlists.

• Nominations should reflect performance during the review period of February 13, 2024 to March 4, 2025.

• The deadline for nomination submissions is August 15, 2025.

Regional nominations must focus on artists primarily active within that region.

1. Public voting will take place via the DMA official website and QR code voting system from November 10, 2025, to December 10, 2025.
