Nominee Obligations

1. Submission of Materials: Each nominee must submit their nominated work along with a high-resolution photograph for publication and promotional graphics.
2. Nomination Certificate: Nominees will receive a Certificate of Nomination.
3. Award Trophy: Winners in each category will receive an official DMA Statuette during the Awards Ceremony. If unable to attend, the nominee must appoint a representative.
4. Attendance: Nominees are expected to attend the Awards Ceremony. Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the statuette unless written notice and justification are submitted 2 days before the awards.
5. Performance: Selected nominees may be invited to perform during the Awards Ceremony as part of the evening's entertainment. Participation demonstrates support for Dominica's music industry and cultural development.
6. Photography & Media: All nominees are required to participate in the official photo and media session for promotional and archival purposes.
